In March 2006, Viapack acquired Dalton, Georgia-based P&O Packaging, Ltd. P&O, formed in 1978, operates from a 60,000 square foot facility and has grown to become a leading producer of custom engineered co-extruded and monolayer plastic films for converting and manufacturing customers.
