Mark L. Kammert, Senior Advisor
Mark Kammert became a senior advisor for Red Diamond in 2009, having previously served as a Managing Director for the fund since it's founding. Prior to joining Red Diamond, he was a co-founder and Managing Director of Pedersen Kammert & Co. LLC, a middle market investment banking firm. Mr. Kammert has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, financings and management buyout transactions involving middle market companies in a wide variety of industry sectors.
Before founding Pedersen Kammert & Co., Mr. Kammert had ten years of management buyout and investment banking experience at Dillon, Read & Co. Inc. At Saratoga Partners, Dillon Read’s corporate buyout group, he helped lead successful investments in the business services and financial services industries. Mr. Kammert completed numerous transactions in the food and beverage, chemical, aerospace and industrial products sectors as an officer in Dillon Read’s Mergers & Acquisitions Group.
