Darren T. Gange, Vice President
Darren Gange joined Red Diamond Capital in 2007 as a Vice President. Prior to joining Red Diamond, Mr. Gange was a Vice President in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group at Duff & Phelps Securities, LLC. Mr. Gange has over seven years of investment banking experience executing mergers and acquisitions, private placements and recapitalization transactions involving middle market companies across a variety of industry sectors.
Mr. Gange previously was an Associate at Stone Ridge Partners LLC, a boutique middle market M&A advisory firm primarily focused on the consumer products industry. While at Stone Ridge Partners, Mr. Gange assisted in the organization of the management buyout of Duff & Phelps from Webster Bank. Prior to joining Stone Ridge Partners, Mr. Gange was an Analyst in the Middle Market Mergers and Acquisitions Group at Merrill Lynch.
