Red Diamond Capital works actively with intermediaries, including investment bankers, business brokers, lawyers, accountants, consultants, lenders, co-investors, turnaround advisors and other professionals, to identify attractive investment opportunities. If you’re an intermediary, you can expect from us:
- Responsiveness. Red Diamond’s professionals are committed to providing prompt responses to calls, e-mails and correspondence. If a potential transaction doesn’t fit our criteria, we’ll tell you so promptly. If we’re interested, we’ll provide a rapid, clear indication of our level of interest.
- Creativity. We try hard to find ways to make deals work. We’ll be creative and flexible with respect to transaction structures and crafting solutions to the needs of sellers and other interested parties.
- Professionalism. Our investment team is comprised of experienced private equity professionals. We understand how to close deals, and we negotiate in a straightforward and decisive manner to resolve key issues.
- Fair economics. We have a strong appreciation for the needs of professional dealmakers and seek to reward intermediaries for the significant value they bring to our transactions. Red Diamond will pay customary fees to buy-side intermediaries on a deal-by-deal basis or through blanket fee arrangements.
