Viapack, a holding company formed in partnership with CEOwners Program partner Robert Isen, was created to build a leading presence in the plastic packaging industry through acquisitions of manufacturers of plastic films and related products. Viapack's first acquisition was Allied Extruders, a polyethylene film manufacturer serving packaging and film converters in the Northeast. - Extruders of plastic film or film-based flexible packaging products.
- Manufacturers of polyethylene films and related flexible packaging products, barrier films, specialty films for single serve applications, stand-up pouches, and films designed for enhanced graphics in consumer packaging applications are of particular interest.
- Companies with annual revenues of at least $10 million and positive EBITDA.
- Fundamentally sound businesses that could benefit from the involvement of a proven leader.
