Rob Calhoun

Rob Calhoun has over 35 years of management experience improving under-optimized businesses. As President of Beesley Associates, New England's oldest consulting firm specializing in corporate renewal, Mr. Calhoun has consulted on hundreds of engagements across numerous industry verticals. Mr. Calhoun has significant private equity experience, having served as an operating partner for Weiss Peck & Greer's middle-market private equity fund, where he consulted on existing portfolio investments and evaluated new investment opportunities for the fund.

Jim Conaty

Jim Conaty has over 35 years of experience leading specialty chemicals businesses for HB Fuller, General Electric and BF Goodrich. During his career, Mr. Conaty was responsible for forming and growing the $300 million EFTEC joint venture between HB Fuller and EMS Chemie, creating the second largest global player in the automotive specialty chemicals arena. Most recently, Mr. Conaty led HB Fuller¹s $1.2 billion Global Adhesives Division, where he led significant improvements in profitability, cash flow generation, productivity and new product introduction.

Ron Danenberg

Ron Danenberg has over 30 years of management experience and a track record for creating value in the food and consumer products industries. Prior to joining Red Diamonds CEOwners Program, Mr. Danenberg led two very successful leveraged buyouts in the food and consumer products area, including Northfield Foods, Inc., a $100 million manufacturer of American cheese for supermarket delis, and US Electronics, Inc., the leading manufacturer of remote control units for the cable television industry. In 2005, Mr. Danenberg partnered with Red Diamond in the acquisition of Milton's Baking Company, which was subsequently sold in 2007. All three buyouts resulted in attractive capital gains for Mr. Danenberg and his financial partners.


Previously in his career, Mr. Danenberg managed divisions and national brands for major food products companies. He was CEO of Richter Brothers, a subsidiary of Guinness, PLC that imported specialty foods in the U.S. He was also the V.P. of Marketing for the Planters brand of RJR Nabisco. At Best Foods, Mr. Danenberg oversaw numerous national brands, including Hellman’s Mayonnaise, Skippy Peanut Butter, Golden Griddle Pancake Syrup, and Karo Corn Syrup.

Paul Haefcke

Paul G. Haefcke has over 30 years of management experience and a track record for creating value in the roofing distribution industry. He was the founder and former CEO of Shelter Distribution, Inc., a highly successful build-up of roofing, siding and window distributors. He built Shelter through a series of acquisitions and “greenfield” start-ups in the Midwest. Previously in his career, Mr. Haefcke played a key role in the expansion and development of two of the roofing industry’s largest companies, Allied Building Products and ABC Supply Company.


In October 2003, Paul Haefcke formed Hammerhead Distribution, Inc., in partnership with Red Diamond Capital to acquire distributors of roofing, siding, windows and related building materials based in the eastern United States.


Bob Heffron

Bob Heffron has over 25 years of senior management experience with manufacturing businesses. Most recently, Mr. Heffron served as the CEO of Ramsey Industries, a manufacturer of industrial and consumer winches and cranes, and led a buyout that generated a 30% IRR for the equity sponsor. Previously, Mr. Heffron had similar success in his role as COO with Insilco, a NASDAQ-listed diversified manufacturer. Mr. Heffron has also presided over the growth and improvement of several divisions of large businesses, including Siebe, Johnson Controls and United Technologies.
