Red Diamond Capital looks for executives who have a proven track record of creating value in the enterprises they have managed.  These leaders have experience as “change agents” in driving fundamental business improvements through organizational development; initiatives to develop new markets, products and services; customer focus; follow-on acquisitions; operational cost savings; process and quality improvement programs; and information technology development.  Although their historical titles vary, these executives are accountable leaders who have had full profit and loss responsibility.
