At least one Red Diamond partner works closely with each member of the CEOwners® Program to create a business plan for the search campaign. We make extensive use of direct mail, e-mail and public relations marketing resources to generate awareness of our acquisition interests. We frequently attend trade shows and speak at industry conventions with our CEOwners® Program partners to publicize our search criteria. Our extensive network of transaction intermediaries and association with Mitsubishi Corporation serve as valuable resources in generating proprietary deal flow. In many cases, Red Diamond retains experienced investment bankers to assist in proactive acquisition search processes.
Once an acquisition is closed, Red Diamond Capital respects the autonomy of management, while offering assistance and strategic advice where appropriate. We are not active managers, but proactive investors, who interact with the company at the board of directors level. Our charge is to help define and oversee the execution of the long-term strategy to which we and management are jointly committed. We stand behind our companies and are eager to see them expand through both internal and external growth strategies. We have equity capital in reserve to support strong growth plans.
